Subject: Registration open for Meeting in Indian Wells

Dear 2010 CA Women´s Council of REALTORS® Local Chapter Presidents and Governing Board members,

I hope that 2010 will bring you all prosperity, health, happiness and a fabulous year for your chapter and for you! WooHoo!

We are excited to announce the launch of the New California State Women´s Council of REALTORS ® website.

On-line registration is open for Indian Wells.

1.      As of now the domain name for the new website and to register is:  http://www.wcrca.Info

2.      If the link above doesn't direct you to the new website, you can type it directly into your browser:    Make sure it's .info at the end.  Eventually the current website address wcrca.org will have the new website on it also.  In the meantime please use the above address. Bookmark the website so you don´t have to enter it again.

3.      There are still some updates being made to the site. With the New Year´s holidays, all of the updates may not be uploaded until next week or so, but the registration is ready to go. 

4.      To Register:  Simply go to the website. http://www.wcrca.Info

5.       You will need to register separately for the meetings and for the installation.  This is the only meeting of the year when you will have to register twice. http://www.wcrca.Info

 Please note:  For the first time ever you can register on-line and don't have to fax in your registration form.  We are using Google Check-out to pay for your registration. Make sure that you complete the entire registration process.  And remember if you want to attend the Installation Dinner, that is a separate registration.

7.       If you have not put your chapter information up already please do so immediately or it will not show up next week on the site when everyone else sees it. http://www.wcrca.Info

8.       Please encourage everyone in your chapters to register for the Indian Wells meeting. We expect to have a great meeting and it is the best networking experience the state has.  Many relationships are formed that produce dollars in your pockets and lasting friendships.

9.       Hotel: If you have not made your hotel reservations, please do so now.  Call 760-341-1000 or 800-233-1234 and let them know you are calling in for the Women´s Council of REALTORS® block.  Rate of $240 per night (+ taxes and discounted resort fee of $14 daily).   If the block is sold out please let us know.  We may be able to add more rooms. If we cannot make sure you find a room somewhere in the Indian Wells area.
